Abstract
We postulate that from the written culture we can understand the richness of the oral culture and learn from it to trace a reference frame, which gives account of the internal logic of the oral culture. The written culture contains in itself the key to its huge power and to the root of its own limitation. The written story has author, name, clear structure, and its beginning and end are delimited. The oral text is a cultural act that is always becoming. Therefore, the oral text is an integra tion culture where the individual identity is relative for it always exists as the counterpart of another person.
