Main Article Content
Abstract
In this brief essay we compare El Lugar Sin Límites (written by José Do-noso) and El Zorro De Arriba Y El Zorro De Abajo (written by José María Arguedas), taking in account the following aspects: their personal situation while writing these novels (Arguedas' siquis pain, Donoso's relief in mexican land), their experience regarding latinamerican culture expressed through certain sexual fixations and, finally, their insight about modem utopias (hell or false heavens as the real face of Modernity)
