Main Article Content
Abstract
This research work is structured around the aesthetic refiection on four female photographers' corpus, that are imprintingfeminine traces in the XXth Century Chilean. I refer to Teresa Carvallo, Carmen Ossa, Gertrudis de Moses and Paz Errázuriz. Each of them emphasizes the cultural representation aware ofits time, with a consistent visuality that lies suspended between the fibers of subjectivity and the marked symbolic features which represent what theyfeel bound to.
To these creators, photography constitutes an instrument ofresistance and unveiling of the depths ofl, a personal process ofright opinión infront ofthe world. From such an heterogenous photographic-visual patrimony, we conclude some precise aesthetic variants: inspirationjertility, vitality, receptivity, significance ofthe concrete. All these elements redesign and put at stake the patriarchal visión ofhistory and the photographic reception in our country.
